Where should I begin?
Choosing your bridal gown can feel overwhelming at first—but we are here to make the process simple and delightful from start to finish.
Consider your style, your available timeline, and your vision for the big day.
- Custom Made: Exclusive designs that are created from the ground up just for you.
A unique gown, tailored to your figure.
👉 Recommended timeframe: 6 to 15 months - Collection + Adjustments: An existing design is personalized with small adjustments to make it uniquely yours.
👉 Recommended timeframe: 4 to 12 months - Collection: We select a design from our collection and perfectly tailor it to your measurements for a flawless fit.
👉 Recommended timeframe: 4 to 12 months - Ready-to-Wear: Gowns that are immediately available in the boutique ready to try on and take with you.
👉 Recommended timeframe: under 3 months
How far in advance should I buy my bridal gown?
Bespoke gowns: We recommend ordering your gown between 6 and 15 months before the wedding to ensure a serene process.
Collection gowns: At least 4 months in advance —or 2 monthsif the design is available in the boutique.
I have an upcoming event—can you help?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We offer virtual appointments and express options for a flawless fit.
Do you offer bespoke gowns?
Yes. Send us an email at admin@dahianvelasquez.ch with your selected gown, and we will guide you through the measurement process.
What if there are fewer than 4 months until my wedding?
Yes—beyond our collections, we also create made-to-measure gowns for a flawless fit.
The A personalized appointment incurs an additional fee and includes an initial design concept..
Do you offer accessories to complement the look?
Yes, we offer veils, Hair Accessories and jewelry pieces to complete your bridal look to perfection.
About your appointment
What should I bring to my appointment?
Underwear in neutral tones and shoesthat resemble your wedding shoes.
You may also bring an inspiration board if you wish.
Who should accompany me?
We recommend bringing up to two people for your visit.
For a calm and pleasant experience we kindly advise against bringing children or pets. for your visit.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
At least two weeks in advance.
Can I try on any gown in the boutique?
Yes, but we will select 3 to 5 gowns to make the most of the time together..
What happens if I fall in love with a gown at the first appointment?
We accompany you through the purchase process take your measurementsand begin the creation of your gown.
May I take photos or videos during the fitting?
To preserve the exclusivity of our designs we kindly ask you not to take photos or videos during the fitting.
Our team will take pictures and then share them with you..
What happens if I need a second appointment to decide?
You can book a second appointment through our website or contact us directly..
How much time do I have to confirm my order?
The offer is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Can I book a private appointment with Dahian herself?
In our Zurich boutique, you may be attended by our senior stylist or, depending on availability, by Dahian personally. These exclusive appointments
require an additional fee for the designer’s personal involvement. Each consultation is intimate, inspiring, and tailored to your vision.
